Rules

General

In order to make this a welcoming and inclusive home for our players, there must be some lines drawn.
The following will not be tolerated on WOLF: stealing, strong and excessive swearing, porn/descriptive breeding posts, being hostile, hateful, or insulting towards other players for their views, comments, or any other reason. This also includes deliberately provoking another person or character. If any member of WOLF breaks any part of this core set of rules, the site owner has the right to ban them from the game or impose other punishments based on the offense.

Out Of Character

Most players appreciate it when you post at least a small paragraph (around 3 sentences) or more but you are allowed to post less - however, we do hope that you will strive to improve. When you do post, please proof-read your post to check for mistakes or spelling/grammar errors before posting.
We expect you to be respectful and in return you will be respected.

At this game we seek to improve the writing skills of all who pass through our doors, so to speak. It doesn't matter if you are new the role playing world or are the most talented and experienced gamer on the net. Everyone has room to become better. Although it is considered decent by most players to have posts with at least three sentences, it is not forbidden to have less. Time restraints have held us all in check at some point or another. When you do post, please make sure to check for spelling and punctuation errors before clicking the submit button. If you want your character to speak aloud, instead of using quotation marks, put what they say in bold. Likewise, if you want to show your character's thoughts or have them speak through body language, use the italics option.

Images are a lovely addition to your IC posts, but it is required that the images be your own or a creative commons image (Dawnthieves is a good place to look! DeviantArt has some options too!). All images must be properly credited and follow the requirements set forth by the photographer or image owner. Please contact Tikki for any help on this matter!

Character Creation

- Your character must be a wolf in order to join; humanoid versions of any kind are not allowed.
- Wolves are considered teenagers around the age of of 1 to 3 years and adults roughly around 3 years of age and older. Wolves must be at least 1 year of age or older to join. The chances of a pup surviving on it's own in the wild away from a pack for any length of time is very low. Special cases may later on be allowed for approved plot purposes or contest prizes, etc.
- Only colors naturally found in the wild are allowed, with minor exceptions for vaguely distinct patterns and markings. Markings must be mostly natural, in that they may loosely resemble specific shapes or patterns with crisp lines and defined patterns, but they still must have a degree of irregularity to them. Specific markings that are crisply defined may later on be allowed in the form of contest prizes, etc.
- Magic, supernatural abilities, or any related traits are not allowed.

Roleplay
